   A review of the disbursements approved at the last AGM.

   • Up to £7,000 towards the renovation of 2 ground level and two Tower Rain Water Pipes and 'Anti Climb' paint treatment to ground level
   • Approve a contribution of £5,000 towards necessary repairs and permit the Friends committee to approve such expenditure within the figure above while always retaining £5,000 of funds for emergencies.
     
     

   The Friends committee have, during the financial year under review, the power to authorise expenditure on individual items of up to £750 and the following are covered by this:-

   • Pipe fittings £80.92 for extending the heating system into the Tower.
