The Knights Templar School Big Band gave a super evening of musical entertainment including many tunes from the 40s and 50s, including some with vocals. Attendance was almost up to 100 and with TTP Group sponsoring the cost of band The Friends made a very good profit.

It was most rewarding to see and hear young musicians and vocalists bridging the generation gap performing tunes that the audience and probably their grandparents grew up with. The depth of talent is a tribute to the strength of the music department at Knights Templar under the leadership of Paul Herring and Mike O'Neill the Musical Director of the band.
