Once again we were very fortunate with the weather and 48 cars dating from 1904 to 2006, together with nine motorbikes, were assembled in the churchyard. The cars included veteran, vintage, classic, performance and, for the first time this year, track racing cars. The willingness of the exhibitors to bring their cars and motorbikes to the show enables us to offer an entertaining afternoon for those who attend and we plan to ensure the show has a large proportion of new exhibits each year. In fact this year there were 40 new cars being exhibited, whilst most of the motorbikes were new exhibits. This enabled us to double our profits, compared with 2005.
