Another selection of nine Spring Gardens were open on a lovely sunny day. Six of the gardens were new to the event, including a number of smaller gardens, some wooded areas and gardens under development where new houses have been built recently. An interesting addition was also the Fenny Lane Allotments. The mill at Topcliffe Mill was also open.

In addition, the River Mel Restoration Group mounted an exhibition of their work and future plans at the church, where there was also the chance to try Bell Ringing and see the old Barrel Organ.
