This year, visitors had beautiful sunshine to enjoy the gardens, from Holy Trinity church to Bell Close, ranging from a small vegetable garden to more formal gardens.

There were teas at the church, with a number of additional attractions, including bobbin lace making and the King James Bible, as well as a rolling slide show of photographs of flowers taken locally by Harry Baker, of Friends' events and of the church repairs for which the Friends have raised funds. There was also an introduction to a new programme to replace the pew kneelers.

The Garden Design Centre, which is based at Scotsdales, kindly donated a Garden Design Consultation again, which was raffled during the afternoon.
