It was good to run this year's event, after having to cancel last year's due to bad weather. The weather forecast was not brilliant, but the number of visitors was almost at usual levels. We had six gardens open with a vegetable garden and the allotments in Fenny Lane. We would like to thank all those who attended for supporting our event, the garden owners who make the event possible and all those who provided cakes and served teas.
