Will O'Connor is a Director and Senior Ecologist at MKA Ecology at Shepreth. MKA Ecology is an environmental consultancy specialising in providing detailed ecological surveys and planning appropriate mitigation strategies to reduce the potential impacts of development on protected species and habitats. They carried out the bat survey at Meldreth church as part of one of the conditions of being granted a Faculty to replace the lead roof with stainless steel.
